Someone in my building just sent a ticked-off open letter to the HOA board absolutely stuffed with the most ironically and aggressively deployed emojis I've ever seen. I mean, these smiles and flowers were ❤️weaponized❤️.

The small dog visiting my apartment today agreed with me that the cardamom-flavored dental floss is a huge improvement over mint. She didn't floss, just sniffed, but she definitely liked it.

Here's a trick I just used. If you're undecided about a choice you have to make in your script, write an email framing the question - for your showrunner, producers, co-writer or friend. I usually realize I'm subtly advocating for an option. Then I have the answer, don't need to send the email.

All these days that I'm writing... forcing you to endure all these writing sprints? That's just plotting. No dialogue is being written yet. Dialogue is the fun part at the end. It goes SO fast once the plotting is right.
