If you want to be wide awake and very alert suddenly, I can recommend finding a large spider in your bath.
Neighbours were treated to a very loud "oh my giddy f*ck" and the spider is now in the garden. This was at 08.30, I don't yell obscenities at an unreasonable hour🕷 😊
