We find (>800!) 30S binding sites in hundreds of 5'UTRs, but also new dynamic steps of translation initiation.

New preprint from our lab !

We have identify a new target of the endoribonuclease Rae1, flyY, and found that this RNase strictly cleaves its known targets 12nt upstream of stalled ribosomes, at their tailed end.
