Riding the Metro B Line has been real rough. It started as a lot easier and more pleasant than the 21. But you can’t slap a new coat of paint on it and call it fixed.

This Homan claim is stupid and has been debunked. It's not a tally of "missing" children in the way any normal person understands that phrase. It's children DHS considers unaccounted for from an immigration paperwork perspective. It doesn't mean they aren't with family or a legal guardian.
