Arcade games, lock picking, speed cubing, movie reviews, late career law student, I'm "a little better than average" at a lot of dumb stuff.

Love to hate my least favorite sports teams. I watched the Simpsons when it originally aired

Tonight, my Minneapolis neighborhood gathered on street corners and in our local park to mourn Alex Pretti.

This is our FOURTH vigil in eight months. No community should have to go through what we're going through.

Smith: Again, and I think all of us, if we're reasonable, know that there's going to be more crimes committed by these people in the future. I do not understand why you would mass pardon people who assaulted police officers. I don't get it. I never will.

The AMC Theaters app has this presale page for the Melania documentary. Pay attention to the "movie stills," this is honestly pretty amusing. :-)

I think I just ate the best burrito I've ever had, from the "Mexican Seoul" truck in front of Project 9 brewing.

This wasn't one of the kimchi burritos, but damned if the crispy greens and rice didn't make an amazing difference.

PS this Bills Broncos game is great

I'm now 60 push-ups from 1000 in December, which will mean I've done 1000 in each month of this year. This will be at least three years now of this achievement. :-)

SCROOGE: Marley! What are all those chains?

MARLEY: Each link is a book in my home that I never even opened, and stored it and stacked for decades!

S: Oh no! And what is my fate?

M: Your chains are even longer! I can barely walk in here!

I think I want to film a really, really long breakdown of my favorite movie scenes:
1. The Duel from Electric Dreams
2. The Bobs interviews from Office Space
3. The Clash at Demonhead show from Scott Pilgrim...

I'm a little sad that Adobe's reader product has gotten this bad. On initially opening the document I wanted to read, I now have to start hunting down close buttons like I'm opening a listicle.

While the red box here is theoretically the content I want, even only a quarter of that is close... 🧵

Wondering if employers will want to start giving people "essay questions" to show they didn't LLM their way through college.

"Here are three articles on a topic. Read the articles and write a brief summary of the topic discussed, including which articles you found most persuasive." 75 minutes.

My favorite whoopsie here is that there are no dishes to eat from.
Personally, I think it's a bad thing when people in the government post AI images without disclosing that they're AI.

McDonald's has more money than God, and cannot build a decent ordering app. I'm here in a McDonald's, on McDonald's wi-fi, and can't get the bouncy fries to go away (pretty sure this is "ping McDonald's, get current menu").
