When I started taking bsky seriously, I had about 5K followers here compared to my then 30K on twt, and despite still having "less" here by comparison, I get consistently more commissions, interest, and continued support here than on twt, with far less punishment for marketing myself. (+)
For those who have just left twitter/X and are afraid for their financial security as they try to rebuild, I want to share my experience as it will hopefully provide a bit of comfort.
Earlier this year I ran a Kickstarter. Bsky outperformed Twitter for backers by more than 3x.

Finally saw the ep, there's so many neat details.
But the abstraction scene was my favorite for a reason I think some might not realize.
Fractals are a recursive function result.
A recursive function without a working exit condition becomes an infinite loop.. hence stuck abstracted.

7y ago I destroyed my shoulders for a good while playing Beat Saber too hard/long.. Finally started playing it again frequently & this time got tricep tendonitis 🤡
Lesson not learned.
Could barely bend my arm for the past week 😩

The thing that gets me about ARC’s use of fully generated barks, as well as in The Finals, is that the juice is absolutely not worth the squeeze in a game that is unquestionably high effort. Like it sounds bad because there isn’t a human performance to ground it.
For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

No lighthouse tracking tho which is sad & standalone capability is wasteful for PCVR.
I hope this isn't a sign they're giving up on lighthouse tracking.
