Anyone who belongs to any minority group needs to be aware that what is being done to trans people can and will be done to them. In a decade we have been stripped of our rights to exist in public spaces by a press campaign and a well funded lobby.

Call me a cynic but it's weird how the EHRC issues weird and openly contradictory guidance about trans people.

Only for a week or two later an openly anti-trans billionaire to offer to fund court cases against trans people.

Is there be a connection? or a big coincidence?

Or am I mistaken?

The bill would allow anyone to sue someone who affirms a young person's transition, and it specifically mentions hairstyles.

When we say “trans women are women”, we’re not saying that they’re the same as cís women.
No two women or men are the same. Concepts of womanhood & manhood evolve across times, place & culture. What we mean is that trans women are valid & deserving of recognition as women.
