Follow me on Letterboxd!

My new year's resolution has somehow become to watch more movies. And I've been trying to write a little about everything I see. I especially like 𝘣𝘢𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘴 - if you have any recommendations, hit me up.

My grandparents made sure I saw some good stuff growing up.

Lion King (1994) (I was only three!)
Toy Story (1995)
Finding Nemo (2003)

Thank you grandma & grandpa! Miss you!
Have asked this before and always like the responses. What are your biggest “I saw that in the first run cinema” flexes? Couple of mine:

Transformers: The Movie (1986)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
Office Space (1999)

This is an awesome interview with a person who is somehow doing the newspaper comic thing in 2026. Please give it your time. Dee's enthusiasm is infectious.

This was a fun #anime, but you really need to be familiar with Kenji Miyazawa's work to appreciate it. letterboxd.com/nostradougla...
A ★★½ review of Spring and Chaos (1996)
They just used to make anime out of anything, didn't they? I wish they still did that. This movie is about Japanese author and folk hero, Kenji Miyazawa. I played a fan translation of a SNES game last...

New post! (kind of)

In case you missed it, here's the entire run of Little Tama's an Angel, the obscure 1951 debut newspaper strip from the team behind Doraemon back when they were still just two manga loving high-schoolers, collected into one place!

Enjoy!
In Translation | Little Tama's an Angel by Hiroshi Fujimoto and Motoo Abiko
The obscure newspaper debut from the duo that would bring the world Doraemon.

Adobe discourse? Is it that time of year already?

As someone who strives to be a consummate professional, I stay current with Adobe products so that I can teach the industry standards if need arises.

But I use ˜”*°•𝒁𝑬𝑹𝑶•°*”˜ Adobe products in my personal workflow and I'll die on that hill.
