Went to the dentist 🦷 yesterday, a temp filling had come out and it hurt so bad eating sweet stuff! They put numbing cream on and it was agony 😭 dentist was like that’s unusual (think it might be the mint in it?) anyway gave me double the numbing injection coz of me being hypermobile. All done now!

My biggest regret about going vegan is not doing it sooner. I went vegan at 13, yet I still wish it didn't take me that long to change. That's because every day we're not vegan, animals continue to be exploited and abused on our behalf. Don't have the same regret as me.

The execution of Alex Pretti is playing so badly because you can look at his actions and life story - his last act was helping, boy scout, athlete, health care worker to veterans - and compare those to the men who killed him and know which you would want to be your son, brother, father, uncle.
