My cousin passed away unexpectedly this morning.
He was 28 years old.
My auntie would visit us all the time when I was a kid and she would always bring him along.
He had a smile that could light up a room. Always smiling and full of energy.

Anxiety is a nightmare.
You worry excessively about things out of your control, you struggle to concentrate, you can’t sleep, you feel sick, your heart races, you panic etc..
It’s a daily battle but we don’t let it knock us down.
