The only project in Sweden currently utilising this method for Jacks is here at Ottenby Bird Observatory, with super interesting and rewarding data just in the last two Autumns with 40 tagged this year. Still much to learn about this species!

Talking about ‘de-extinction’ only legitimises the conversation. It is nonsense. Once a species is extinct it is GONE. No comeback. It may be possible to implant genes in a related species, but that is not recreating a species!

SCOTTISH Water has hit back at a UK minister’s comments about water pollution in Scotland.
