How much more reduced would injuries be if pedestrians simply had a right of way? Is the 33% timed for a youth. elderly person, wheelchair user or child? Genuinely curious.

Since they are pleased to make use of citizen science it would be considerate if they wrote in a manner that the average citizen scientist could readily understand.
