Day 64 of #70DaysofPhD The final week of this big push, then I can ease off a bit for December. 🎄🎉✨️ Yesterday, I made a good start on writing a lit review section on respect. Another couple of hours available this morning. Trying to do something every day to reach my #PhD destination.

This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.

News like this hits hard as a teacher, when you are so aware of your privilege and safety in this country. 💔 Praying for the 215 children and 12 teachers taken and all their families who will be frantic with worry too.

I served as our Ambassador in Ukraine for 3 years under Putin’s missiles and drones but resigned when Trump kept appeasing Putin. America does not bow to dictators. It’s not who we are.

Here's why this Trump-Putin so-called "peace plan" is a disaster:

I really like this question. A strong board isn’t one that always agrees, but one that welcomes robust discussion. Cohesion comes from valuing different viewpoints and creating space for governors to feel heard and understood.

#70DaysofPhD A good session of reading yesterday - interesting ideas about value of respect in workplace relationships. Today I'm taking stock & planning before beginning the editing of my draft Lit Review chapter. Feeling on track. I'm trying to do something every day to make big progress #PhDSky

Winter tightens its hold in Lapland. At the moment -28.3 °C in Savukoski Tulppio with > 20 cm of snow. The coldest so far this winter in Finland.

However, much like in 2023, large parts of the northern hemisphere are unusually warm again (except Fennoscandia).
