2026 marks 4 years and 2 months since our administration took office—and 250 years since our nation was born.

250 years ago on this very day, a young man—the son of immigrants, and a BPS alum—was standing on the banks of a half-frozen river, focused on getting home to Boston. #BostonInauguration

This is the spirit of #WeirdCarBS embodied in a single account.
Fisker went bankrupt in 2024, but a leasing company bought the entire inventory of Ocean EVs for use as ride-share cars in New York.

There are 2,054 registered with the TLC currently, and for some reason, I feel compelled to try to find them all!

Why New York City Has a Fleet of New EVs From a Dead Carmaker
After EV startup Fisker went under, a leasing company bought $45 million worth of Ocean SUVs to rent them out to NYC ride-hailing drivers. What could go wrong?

big struggles for Ohio State on offense tonight. If only they had the offensive coordinator who led them to last years national championship, unfortunately he now has the same job for the Northwestern Wildcats football team

Kids are literally being ran over by cars and killed over this N=8 regression. It's RFK and "More Guns, Less Crime" combined for Democratic governed cities.
Who could argue with this?

🎄🎅🏻 DEFINITIVE RATINGS OF U.S. HOLIDAY TRAINS 🎅🏻 🎄👇

1️⃣ MBTA:

The newcomer - I believe this is the first year the T has done a holiday train. Definitely a strong effort but very busy & a bit overboard on using vinyl decals.

But bonus for the Phil Eng Santa on the orange line.

Grade: B+

This is hilarious because SECDOTs role for the vast majority of infrastructure funding is just “sign the checks, buddy” it’s one of the cabinet positions with the least discretionary power iirc
Sean Duffy on blue states: "What I can do is I can pull their money. That's the leverage I do have ... I guarantee you that the federal taxpayer is not going to fund their roads and bridges and their systems when they are putting illegals on the roads."

The fucking Hot Wheels stamp…
DOJ briefly uploaded this letter from Jeff Epstein to serial child molester Larry Nassar:

"Our president shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system."

I wrote much less this year than I've written in the past five, so there's not a whole lot to revisit. This piece, though, I still think is probably the best article I've ever written, even if it was a dumb professional move to write it [free to read] www.patreon.com/posts/empero...
