Fantastic article on the Groq "acquisition" by Nvidia. Basically Nvidia squashes its competition and sidesteps oversight, the soulless Chamath makes out like a bandit, and most of the people who actually built the new chip are completely cut out. Disgusting on all fronts

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

I can't stop thinking about the purported drug smugglers being murdered by the US military. The punishment for drug offenses isn't the death penalty. This is just bloodlust and men in suits playing with lives they don't care about. It's truly grotesque and gravely compromises this country.
