Trump’s worldview is one of winners and losers. Always has been. His new National Security Strategy picks Russia, China, authoritarians, his friends and his family as the winners. Do you know who Trump decided the losers are? You and your family and our safety.

Made teen #1 and #2 ride the city bus today. I thinks it’s good to put them in situations where they feel uncomfortable but also safe.

#2 is loving it. #1 less so. #2 may be a future fan of public transit, #1 may be locked in as a passenger princess, we’ll see. #parenting

The amount of step by step instructions I have to give my teenage children in order for them to complete the most basic of chores (that they have been doing for years) drives me insane.

How many ways can we screw up taking out the trash? All of them, approaching genius levels of incompetence #kids

I've been quiet on social media as there's been A LOT TO DO and it means I forget to advertise and such. So hey! We make really cool minis! Theyre 28mm scale, hand sculpted and hand cast! They're of mega cool women from the past! And more!

Here's Hannie Schaft! 😍

I love it when I pick up old GW kits and they still have the original price tags. Even 11 year old me with my lawn mowing $ could have afforded a $6 blister

But I will say, you get a lot more in the new kits

Building community is important. About a year ago my friend and I (who both love war gaming) decided to be intent on building a community around our hobby. Today, we’ve got 8 people around the table playing a crazy fun King of the Hill style game. Achievement unlocked!

The Epstein scandal has always been a scandal about the ruling class as a whole, not one individual or political party.

Epstein trafficked not just in the bodies of the children he abused but also in social connections that could bring elites together.
Epstein’s emails are the end of America as they ruined it
If the evil banality of the world's most powerful people exposed in the Epstein emails doesn't cause a revolution, nothing will.

"The Republican Party has created an entirely avoidable mess for itself. By taking a resolute stand in favor of making healthcare unobtainable for many Americans, and now threatening to starve children to achieve that perverse goal, they have made performative cruelty their political calling card."
Mike Johnson's lies keep getting lost in the facts
The shutdown is exposing the speaker's slimy disingenuousness.

Historically, revolutions start to get real spicy when people become food insecure.

So November 1st should be interesting

This story has been all over my feed and I’m glad it’s getting traction. The GOP hates America, and this needs to be more widely reported

The GOP are racist, sexist, bigoted Nazis. And all I have to do is point to their own words

They also look like total dweebs and losers, sad people
POLITICO: “.. They referred to Black people as monkeys and ‘the watermelon people’ and mused about putting their political opponents in gas chambers. They talked about raping their enemies .. and lauded Republicans who they believed support slavery.

One of the things I love about conference season is talking with those parents who are so obviously excited to yell at teachers

The condescending tone, the subtle ways they let you know they think you’ve failed at life

Makes it hard to head in the next day

The disappearance of America’s leadership class at a time like this means that the rest of us have to be leaders. We can no longer wait to be led by those with the power and authority to lead. You must lead, I must lead, all of us must lead. We are the leaders we’ve been waiting for.

Dealing with right wing doublethink is exhausting

Liberals are both soy boy cucks who’ve never used their muscles & cry at the memory of the cow at a BBQ and Capable of Jason Bourne levels of violence if they hear you use the wrong pronouns in a meeting. They believe both with their whole heart

First time in 9 years I’m not coaching at a football game on Friday night Coaching was not part of my vision when I started teaching but it became a key part of my career

My kids are doing things now and I need to be there for them

Sometimes I miss it, and sometimes I don’t

Still checking scores

Please, please, more of this. I don’t want buzz words or consultant driven focus groups workshopping canned speeches.

I want honesty and I want leaders who will fight.
Pritzker: This is not about fighting crime. This is about the President and his complicit lackey, Stephen Miller, searching for ways to lay the groundwork to circumvent our democracy, militarize our cities, and end elections.
