This is very noticeable with button press SFX. Too often there's a bit of silence or a little fade-in/build up at the start of the sound. Remove that and you can tell the difference immediately.

If you're going to implement any kind of audio, especially UX SFX, make sure to trim any silence from the start of the file.
Your audio instantly feels a lot snappier, which helps massively with the UX.
