Some of the greatest indie miniatures that you never heard of, apparently. Glib. Posts a lot of non hobby stuff as well. Not 100% serious

Home visit from the Probation Officer today, so I'll be rabidly stuffing all the crap on the floor and surfaces into all the cupboards in an attempt to pass for the kind of people who don't live like animals if the crap is strategically important enough to ignore (i need to spend a weekend tidying)

Hmm. May have to run back home as an Amazon driver tried to open th efront door to deliver a parcel despite explicit instructions to leave it in blue bin outside door etc. This has sent my wife (PTSD, stalking) in to terror mode.

Using the new 'online only' booking system for the GP, and it's like a Choose Your Own Adventure book in that most of the options to actually try to book an appointment end in failure and you have to go back to the home page and choose again

Dentist appointment in just under an hour. the worst aspect is the #PTSD fuelled psychodrama storm the idea of getting to any appointment causes with my wife. Sobbing, raging, leaving putting clothes on until 5 minutes after we should have left, last minute toilet, etc. Every appointment, every time

Don't know if people still get the reference on this as we all deleted GoT from our collective minds the moment the finale credits rolled, and also you have to know who Noddy Holder is and that he calls it Xmas, but this is my annual festive joke

Does anyone know exactly how & where I am supposed to enter Etsy's VOEC ID number on a Royal Mail C'n'D label to Norway? I cannot for the life of me find out how to do it properly and an order is being sent back cos my attempts to integrate it weren't the official box, apparently

Has anyone tried using a proper Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath for their resin kits etc? I imagine with the correct fluid it would remove any release agents in seconds... (I use a paintable release agent but others do not)

I think one of my favourite things about Studio Ghibli films is how well mannered and golden hearted all the pirates are. like, they're there to rob you to hell, and they might even try to shoot you, but they are so nice about it.

It's a great cosmic joke that neurodivergence both runs in families and gets diagnosed based on parent reports. I was diagnosed at 30 because a man who has eaten potatoes every day for 57 years and a woman who collects loose buttons decided I was a perfectly normal child.

This made me go 'Whoaaaa' as I interpreted what my eyes were seeing. Rare an army display makes you double take and re-focus cos it works on more than one level. Very good!
I won Judge's Choice in this year's Armies on Parade! Thank you to Dan for the nomination and the kind words! #nerdlings #warhammercommunity #paintingwarhammer #paintingminiatures #warhammer40k

Apparently it's time for this post again, bloody Christmas decorations everywhere etc
TOP TIP: Adding a teaspoon of cinnamon or mixed spice into the coffee chamber of a moka pot on top of the coffee, is a really festive way to ruin an otherwise perfectly good cup of coffee
