Den Haag 15 februari 1922. Het Permanente Hof van Internationale Justitie (voorloper Internationaal Gerechtshof) werd officieel geopend. Het gebouw zelf was al op 28 augustus 1913 in gebruik genomen maar de zittingen van dit specifieke hof startten in 1922, bijgewoond door de koninklijke familie 1/2
