Today I wrote to Chief Justice Chambers asking how, in the plea by Ms De Baize in the knife attack on her aunt in Feb 2024 (after the hit-run on Rob Clarke), the charge of making a threat to kill that she agreed to plead guilty to changed to a different threat to kill offence in the County Court.

“Built” is doing a lot of heavy lifting for the extremely cheap and unsafe option of slapping a painted stencil of a bicycle on the road, which is what is being done in a lot of places. Even when technically separated, often they aren’t long enough to be useful to anyone.

On Dec 20 I lodged a complaint against the Victoria Police sergeant who injected herself into the Rob Clarke hit-run matter at the last second to get the serious charges dropped.
Today I was told Victoria Police would be taking no action.
So today I lodged a complaint with IBAC. No names spared.
