I talked to five game composers about their relationship with Bandcamp for @theavclubgames.bsky.social They were largely positive about the platform, its user base and pay structure, but a change in payment processors is worrying some. Give it a read, maybe a share!

Finished re-watching Inu-Oh, what a movie.
Definitely a cinema experience, at home it loses some power.
An incredibly sweet and hopeful story that deeply resonates in today's climate.
Full of heart and beauty, a movie that decries greed, envy and power.
Art as a means to freedom, even in tragedy.

Mentioned it yesterday but these two are genuinely great little stealth games with a moderately irritating protagonist (especially in the second).
The levels are very dense and VERY vertical, with a lot of climbing around/over/under buildings. Very limited combat but backstabs are highly encouraged

I say this with utmost respect, but Taylor is an absolute tool for saying this privately or publicly.
I can say on good authority that it takes 7 to 10 years to develop game development skills to “good enough” to produce commercial game content. 7-10 years plus the cost of a university education.
