In my mind, the main difference between a Primary and a Secondary character is less about screen time and more about connectivity.
A Primary character exists to have the story told about them. A Secondary character exists to have connections that help the story get told. 1/...

LOL. Looking through the Larchives for a few more Hallowe'en cartoons and finally counting up all the Roger and Jessica Rabbit cartoons I have scattered through my directories. Decided to split off a directory just for them. I've drawn the couple over 20 times :D
