The decision is still being parsed through but the SCOTUS decision on judicial injunctions appears to be an absolute disaster for the rule of law and the idea that the judiciary is a co-equal branch of government.

NEW: We're asking a federal court to force the Trump administration to comply with a court order requiring them to issue passports to transgender people that reflect their gender identity.

I am getting multiple reports that the Trump admin is NOT complying with the court order requiring passport updates for transgender people.
Some passport agencies are being told not to give trans people passports with their correct gender marker, for now.
