Were we a signatory to the Rome Statute, these monsters *would* eventually be tried at the Hague. But we aren't, so would a legal scholar please explain whether all we've got is SCOTUS ensuring these crimes get shoved under the giant shame umbrella of Presidential immunity, like so many others?
