Venezuelan crude is primarily heavy & sour. It's dense, viscous & high in sulfur, requiring complex refining for products like gasoline. While lighter grades exist, the bulk is extra-heavy, with low API gravity and high sulfur making it challenging & expensive for most refineries.

The Hennepin County DA's Office says they have jurisdiction to prosecute the ICE agent involved in the murder of Renee Good.
Murder is a state crime, so no federal pardon will help.
That said, the federal government and DHS will likely make things as difficult as possible for the DA
