Yes, 80% of the voting-machine market (possibly more) is now owned by Liberty Vote (Republican) and ES&S (uncertain but some Republican ties).
ES&S was the first to introduce cellular ports to tabulators.
Tabulators should never have any kind of wireless ports, but that didn't stop them.

Yes, 80% of the voting-machine market (possibly more) is now owned by Liberty Vote (Republican) and ES&S (uncertain but some Republican ties).
ES&S was the first to introduce cellular ports to tabulators.
Tabulators should never have any kind of wireless ports, but that didn't stop them.
