Been trying to address some other notable gaps in my comics reading lately, and there are many iconic Marvel runs I’ve missed out on. Started Daredevil: Born Again and woooo buddy David Mazzuchelli was doing incredible work.

A real shame to see the wheels fall off the Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise. Sega was riding such a wave of goodwill in the late 2010s/early 2020s. Huge new audience was introduced, they made most of the games easily available. But that siren call of pump 'em out, make the line go up strikes again.

I love Domino but when I was offered to write her, I went through and read every story she appeared in.
It seems to me she was a sleeping giant, in that individually, the stories were amazing, but she was a different character in every one. Spy, assassin, jokester, sex bomb...it was confusing.
