It’s amazing to me: we are by far the youngest people in our neighbourhood (Qualicum Beach, BC, retirement community) and everyone is like “FUCK America, I want nothing to do with it, ever.”
I just could not feature that ever happening, much less so quickly.
The damage is here to stay.
