Hey folks, finally starting to get over this nasty chest infection, it feels like an RSV infection. The worst thing about having a master's in virology and years of working in respiratory virus research. You kind of know what you have

Hoping to be back up and running with GNoH on Thursday

I can’t get a break. If got some upper respiratory infection which would be fine. But it’s flared up almost every joint in my body.

I really hate arthritis

I’m utterly knackered. First time I slept through my alarm in decades.

It was only the dogs barking because it was past their tea time that woke me up

Another day of extreme pain.

The frustrating thing is living like this makes it so hard to commit to things.

I really want to go to Fcon Glasgow next year but I can’t spend all that money only to suffer a flare up like this and not be able to leave my house.
Tapping out of being online until this pain dies down a bit.

It’s so bad I’ve been dropping sleeping pills because just being awake is too much.
