I just did the Lake Quassapaug open water swim on Saturday. It is a fundraiser to fight ALS. What a fun swim. This was my second year doing it. I did all three races (3 mile, 1.5 mile, and .5 mile) for a total of 5 miles! I was over 30 minutes (total) faster than last year!

Nice setup. I have a Yaesu 450D in my shack also. I love and still use it. My wife says I should sell it. She says i have too many radios; I don't know what that means.
Redesigned my ham radio go box. 3 power options (mains, 12v, and internal battery) with HF/VHF/UHF capabilities. This is my 3rd redesign and I’ve never once taken it out and used it. I really like the “building” more than “talking on the radio” aspect of this hobby.
