Any recommendations for a good external hard drive? I use a Mac and I have about ~20 years of photos and videos and files that I want to transfer over from an older drive. Any types or brands that you would recommend - or not recommend?

It’s really snowy out there.
Combined with traffic from last minute shopping.
Mix in some rush hour traffic.
And soon a sprinkle of Canadian Tire Centre traffic.
Not a great time to be on the road.

A great reminder!
I've been in Ottawa how long and it was only a month or two ago - reading the archive ('30 years ago') section of the community newspaper - I learned they put the fish icon on the sewer grates to remind people that what goes into the sewer goes into the waterways and impacts the wildlife. #ottcity

Lots of people happy today, including this @octranspo.com bus operator. He knows that he’s making a difference, since public transit is a vital lifeline for so many residents. Thanks for everyone’s support in making this happen.
