Hi all! For those who don't know me, I'm a free speech lawyer in Ohio. I direct a crew of lawyers & law students suing the government for speech restrictions and defending SLAPP defamation suits. I used to post a lot about how my kids wouldn't sleep, now its mostly about Cleveland sports.

Again, I think SCOTUS's apparent unwillingness to affirm lower courts when they rule against the Trump admin on *the law* is inadvertently pushing those courts to make explicit findings, instead of letting it slide, when they believe the Trump admin has misrepresented *the facts*.

Litigators: curious to hear your thoughts about when to call out suspected AI-hallucinations in an opposing party’s brief. Do you see it as mandatory—either as a professional conduct matter or bc it theoretically helps the client? Pre-AI we didn’t always call out bad cites, esp on ancillary points
