Just tuned in to watch #Shardlake and was presented with extremely blurry red writing. Hope it wasn't too important.

If you haven’t already seen “Conclave” now is the time to watch it!

Highly recommend it.

As someone who speaks a 2nd language at about the same level of fluency as Zelensky’s English, it surprises me that no one has referenced this in their analysis of the oval office row.

Nuance, dexterity and manners are very hard to achieve 2 against 1 in a foreign language

This is a must watch. This mans reaction to the way his leaders, Trump and Vance, and the media treated Zelenskyy is so deeply moving

America is lost

Hands up if you wrestled last night with nightmares of horror in the White House, and woke up remembering it was all true.

I don't post much on Bluesky. I just remember when I first saw this photo and comment. It seems very appropriate to share it again today.

The Trump suggestion for the future of Gaza comes from the same dunderheads who wanted to solve The Troubles by nuking Belfast and Derry.
Thankfully, the nutters in the 1970s were just in pubs not The White House.

Word of the day is a favourite, from old Scots.

To ‘tartle’ is to hesitate while introducing someone because you have completely forgotten their name.

I wondered why the writer in me has been so calm these past few weeks.

Pat yourselves on the back, people. 💙 😁 💞

If you watched #Matlock last night, you'll now know the twist. And what a terrific ruse. (SPOILER: the not-who-you-think-they-are trick making it feel kind of like a legal Ludwig.) No wonder it got recommissioned in the US almost instantly.
