To be clear re ANDREW TATE. If a case does not make the criminal court it does not mean that there is no evidence against the accused, but rather that there was not enough evidence for 'proof beyond reasonable doubt; (very rare in rape/sex abuse cases) as i explained on @piersmorgan @PiersUncensored
