What I find difficult is that he seems to be using his diagnosis of autism as an excuse for his behaviour. My son has special needs. I have always told him his challenges are an explanation but not an excuse for inappropriate behaviour. He has to work hard every day to be the best person he can be.

Absolutely! Also having problems with text on screen that sets the scene for the film/series. Have to stop, wind back and get up from the armchair to read it.
