A lot of people forget how in 2004 the Bush regime kidnapped the democratically elected President of Haiti, Jean-Bertrand Aristide, and dumped him in Africa.
Is there any modern precedent for abducting a head of state?

Plenty of examples of coups, assassinations and domestic trials, including show trials, but this is like a Crusader Kings plot.

France has critical regional interests in French Guiana. It has also helped Guyana deter Venezuela.

Britain was included despite its denials (Trinidad and Tobago, wink-wink).

France will complain, but Europeans want the oil from Venezuela to offset Russian oil. So, I expect only angry rhetoric.
French Foreign Ministry: “The removal of Maduro from power and the violation of sovereignty constitute a serious act of aggression against the dignity of the Venezuelan people and their right to determine their own future.

I’m not ending the year with resolutions. I’m ending it with boundaries. With regimen. With the deliberate choice to feed my mind and body something real again — to choose form over frenzy.

The year is over. The noise can stay behind.
I’m carrying forward only what strengthens me.

This year I’ve been adjusting myself. Not fixing—reframing. My priorities, my creativity, my emotions, my body.

Less “before and after,” more focus ring.

The benefit of a refocus is depth. Tighten the ring and you begin to feel something.

You move past the rim and land on the point itself.

Smith: He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.

This is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares)
Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Attention flickers. Desire registers, then redirects. Conversation circulates without landing. I leave with information, not intimacy. It’s like looking into a dirty mirror in a hotel room—beneath the smudges and fingerprints left by strangers, you see yourself.

DOJ briefly uploaded this letter from Jeff Epstein to serial child molester Larry Nassar:

"Our president shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system."

Today is the Winter Solstice--usually described as the shortest day of the year, the longest night.
We’re not mourning the dark--we’re acknowledging that it’s done its job.
The light is coming back.
And like any honest transformation, it starts before anyone notices.

Nicki then refers to Trump as “our handsome, dashing president.”

She then referred to JD Vance as “an assassin,” and remembered whom she was on stage with.

Erika Kirk then assures her it’s fine

🚨 The DOJ appears to have redacted Donald Trump’s name from the allegations made in this exhibit in the Epstein files.

Trump’s name was in the original release. Now, it’s blacked out.

See for yourself.

WOW: The DOJ has DELETED an image from its release of the Epstein files that shows photos of Trump in a drawer.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.
