This legislation strengthens protections against sexual violence on public post-secondary campuses, so campuses across B.C. can become safer for all students.

This new legislation will support families across the province, and provide consistency for kids who will receive education and child care in the same space.
Most parents don’t work 9-3 and may end up scrambling to pick up their kids after school.

We’ve introduced legislation that, if passed, would allow school districts to offer seamless child care before and after school, on school grounds.

As rents and new home prices come down across B.C. we are working on reducing costs so we can continue to see new housing supply.

Last week we announced deferral of Development Cost Charges for new homes.

This week B.C. Hydro stepping up to lower costs and expedite new connections.🙌🏾
We've lowered the cost and sped up the timeline for new homes and businesses connecting to BC Hydro. 🔌

A simple connection to a new single-family home has dropped by more than 90% - from over $800 to now be as low as $64. 🏡
