Today at the constituency office we got trained on how to safely use Naloxone to save someone’s life during an overdose.
A huge thanks to the folks at Naloxhome for showing us how to spot signs of an overdose and intervene while medical professionals are on their way.

It's easy to put weekend planning on the backburner after a busy Monday - Friday, but there's a lot to do in Coquitlam on weekends, and many of these activities are affordable, and kid-friendly. Thanks to Coquitlam Heritage, Coquitlam Public Library and @cityofcoquitlam.bsky.social!

As I shared a few weeks ago, we introduced legislation this fall to bring more clarity to the process of MCFD safety planning. What a humbling experience to pass legislation for the first time! The CFCSA is now explicit about the parameters of safety planning, making the process clearer for all.
