I assume there is a writing error here on behalf of CBC. This man was detained by customs while travelling from Toronto to Ottawa on a domestic flight. Doesn’t say that he travelled from outside 🇨🇦. What is going on?

News outlets are reporting this as the 1st alpha-gal allergy-related death. It's not; there have been reported deaths for years from cancer treatments (like cetuximab) that contain the molecule. But it may be the 1st death from ingesting beef. Be careful, AG folks.

Just found out a farm 300 meters from us had several birds die of avian influenza. Farm posted on Facebook. They went through official agencies for testing. No official announcements from BC prov/health yet. At least our farm is plants.

What does this naturopath who introduced this act think about the “freedom” to spread HIV (ie. refuses meds to treat it and spreading to others) or active tuberculosis. Is freedom from actual public health dead in Idaho?

Iran, Russia and the New Zealand insurer that kept their sanctioned oil flowing
A dark fleet of tankers carried tens of billions of dollars of Iranian and Russian oil to Asia, evading Western sanctions. Reuters found the ships were connected by one thing: a small insurance company in New Zealand, run by a British family.

COVID mRNA vaccines also cause cancers to become sensitive to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). buff.ly/GEfJ5Zl

The only positive thing that could come of this is maybe that some Americans stop doing genital surgery on newborns who cannot consent (with most of them not even doing it for religious reasons). This is not a popular procedure even in Canada. Also, RFK Jr. is nuts.
RFK JR: There are many other confirmations -- there are two studies that show children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism. It’s highly likely because they are given Tylenol

☹️ Seems I picked up COVID from a family member’s funeral. Heard coughing there. BC hasn’t rolled out fall vax yet 😩. Last C19💉 in May. Immune system suppressed by sulasalazine, MTX, and anti-IL17A biologic so I can keep my joints. Hoping for the best so can get back to providing healthcare…

A local young student died of s**cide. School and church used the words “suddenly died” in their statements. Don’t know if it’s just me, but the vile anti-vaxxers make me cringe with these words now. “Died unexpectedly” seems better. Just don’t feed the conspiracists. So sad. 😞

Ouch. USD $499/mo is a big discount? It's about $200-$300 CAD per month in Canada for people who are willing to pay for it themselves (provincial plans kick in for lower income people taking it for diabetes).

This is a depressingly clueless take.Trump and RFK Jr. In fascist regimes science is subverted to serve ideology, and the ideology being served is quite recognizably fascist.
That Trump and Trumpism are fascist doesn’t explain the sheer vandalism of unleashing mass murdering mayhem via RFK to replace medical/scientific institutions of immense value and prestige with medieval peasant superstitions. That is a criminal madness facilitated by but above and beyond fascism.
