Local artists used salvaged wood from the Altadena fire in Los Angeles to create functional objects. I feel connected to this area having lived there 15 years, so this felt poignant to me.

I tried my best to crop out that poor excuse for an EV, the Tesla Model Y. What an absolutely sad, generic looking design next to our Hyundai Ioniq 5. But at least the Tesla also charges slower and doesn’t have CarPlay? Is that why people buy them? 🤣
