Meanwhile US policy is making the US fall behind on EVs - an industry that employs a lot of people with environmental & societal benefits.

Can we finally end the myth that Republicans are “better for the economy”? They are good for a few depraved rich guys. There is a difference. In my lifetime they have tanked the economy for the majority everyone they got power.

Kirei EchoSky Neu getting some press. In addition to being made from recycled PET (water bottles) I designed this modular architectural acoustic ceiling system to use no glue or adhesives in production, & less than 10% of the metal of its predecessor. I’m glad to see architects embracing it.

In January, across all of Norway, just 7 gasoline-only cars were sold. The country has transitioned to EVs in just a few short years.
Even after cutting EV incentives, Norway only sold 98 diesel cars in January
Norway cut EV incentives, resulting in a rush and record sales. That would usually cause a hangover, but EVs still took 94% share in January.

Espresso time at Cinco Siete Coffee in the Sellwood Neighborhood of Portland. This is one of my favorite espressos in town. It is very bright. Also it's definitely too rainy here, don't come. ☺️ ... Got a parking spot right out front for the Polestar. I like my EV to be non-Tesla.
