Idk who needs to hear this but I've suffered for many years and if it helps even one person it's worth it to annoy you w/ this:
- Low iron can be caused by low folic acid. If iron supps don't do shit you might need folic acid
- Low vitamin B12 can have something to do with low folic acid.

You know what? I'm over it. I'm so done with listening to doctors lying to me, gaslighting me, twisting words. I swear I'm not an entitled menace, I don't argue w/ doctors, I'm always polite. But I'm at a point where I absolutely understand why people just give up.

It took understanding that I could be trans even without dysphoria to understand I had dysphoria. It's a shame that to reach our unaware future trans siblings we often have to frame the trans experience in relation to dysphoria, but for many of us that rhetorical sleight of hand is what frees us.
this is always what gets me. arguing about whether dysphoria is "necessary" is not the POINT. the sentence is a rhetorical slight of hand for people with self doubt about if they're even ALLOWED to explore the possibility of joy. whatever you call the impulse driving that exploration is irrelevant!!
