Make me king for a day, and I won't order the release of the Epstein files. I'll order the full tapes and transcripts of that July 4th meeting in Moscow.
Mike Johnson is not the Johnson who spent July 4 in Moscow, that was Senator Ron Johnson. If you're having trouble keeping your Johnsons straight Lauren Boebert will be happy to lend a hand.

We were never Great but things are getting so not great in the biggest of ways. Hiding out until Trump is gone is not going to work......Trumps (or his masters) want the USA to only work for white collar criminals and donors.
Absolutely no way to read this and not conclude that the Department of Justice has been deeply corrupted. And this is from a time when career lawyers were in place, pushing back against illegality. With firings and resignations, the politicization will just get worse.

Just say it, tarriffs are bad for the American people even if they do give the grifter government more money to fund terrorizing the poor. Come on just stop the double speak.
They really are going with immaculate asymmetry of tariffs, which didn't raise prices when they were imposed but will cut them when they're withdrawn.
KARL: Tariffs have been removed from some food items. How soon do we expect prices on those goods will go down?

HASSETT: The prices for those goods weren't necessarily going up just because of tariffs

KARL: So they might not go down?

I’ve always found it interesting how much microblogging character limits streamline language use. No room for weasel words, purple prose, digression.

But I think it’s also part of how extremism ramps up.

Because neither is there room for nuance, citation, qualifiers, any softening or mitigation.

It is not they do not feel that women can't lead, they just don't want to acknowledge all the ways that women are leading because men have made leadership all about being a man. Women are leading, men are just either ignoring it, blocking it or complaining about it.
Michelle Obama: Don't even look at me about running, because you all are lying.
You're not ready for a woman. So don't waste my time. We got a lot of growing up to do.

When everyone seems to be your enemy, it might be you that is enemying the people and not the other way around.
The U.S. bishops defended migrant families. Tom Homan snapped. Nan Hayworth called Pope Leo a “tool of our enemies.” Tim Burchett accused the church of getting rich off of sex trafficking.

Matt Walsh, Lara Logan, and the rest joined in. This is what MAGA anti-Catholicism looks like.

It’s the latest MAGA attack on Pope Leo’s pro-immigrant stance. Disgraced border chief Tom Homan — caught taking a $50,000 bribe in a Cava takeout bag — led the charge against Leo and the bishops.

ICE (more likely CBP but unclear) snatched a man from a Charlotte church today. His wife and child were there and they opened a closed gate to trespass on the property. Reporting from @charlotteobserver.com
