I don't think the situations are anything alike and, if memory serves, those rapist cops who formed families with people as part of their undercover operations NEVER face any consequences for doing such.
The only people being convicted of "rape by deception" are trans people, for being trans.

I've seen people make comparisons to spy cops/rape by deception in undercover operations. To me the difference is that a trans person isn't lying about who they are, there is no deception there. Curious what your thoughts are?

When my mom was dying she asked me to help her send money to a televangelist because maybe God would heal her if he prayed for her. It broke my heart. I asked why God would listen to him over her? She also didn't seek treatment because she didn't want to "doubt God". So yeah, fuck those grifters.
