Cycling is an great part of parenting. I like proper stuff or my kids. We have had a lot of Wooms. I love these bikes, but they tend to put really shitty poor quality parts of them.
Case in point, a 2 months old bike for my 7 yr old daughter. The chain is worn and now well beyond its half life.

Lady, this is your 5th driving offence (4th speeding) in 8 years.

If losing the privilege of driving would cause you exceptional hardship, then perhaps you should have been less careless with that privilege.

If a worker is killed using manufacturing equipment, they don't just clean it up and get back to using it immediately. But that's what happens at road intersections.
Motonormativity is a dangerous disease.
what we should do now is of course close the intersection until it is redesigned. but we won't we will do nothing and wait for the next tragedy.

First look at the new back panel to cover the rear wheel of the bakfiets. I’m contemplating various designs for bumpers stickers and brake lights.

The Landspeeder is loaded and charging for the ride tomorrow. It’s kinda like the night before Christmas.

In 2026 I pay 1902€ in health care premiums with a 385€ deductible.

I had 100.000€ worth of chemo, surgery radiation etc

I will never ever comprehend that all western societies have healthcare systems that work, are relatively affordable yet the USA insist theirs is good.

And ours is communism.
Here’s the thing about healthcare premiums about to skyrocket: they will never come back down, short of a complete overhaul of our system for universal healthcare. Which clearly won’t happen bc of all the money tied up between health and politics.

Why was #CelebrityTraitors one big SUV ad?!

SUVs like the Defender are three times more likely to kill a child under 10 in the event of a crash, compared to a small car.

This form of advertising needs challenging. #AirPollution #RoadDanger
