When you taped a song off the radio (and sometimes when you downloaded one in the early 00s) you'd get little snippets of DJs talking and you'd get so used to those bits on certain songs that it feels weird to hear them without them even now.

I was today years old (nearly fkin 50) when I learned that "currants" that you get in Eccles cakes etc are not in fact currants.
They are tiny, tiny grapes.
(Research conducted by The Wife who was, in fact, correct)
