Sure. Have states responsible for themselves with thoughtful restrictions.
Get rid of Federal Gov which is expensive & obstructionist.
Replace with a multi representative Executive Council (Council of Elders?)
Including Aboriginal & civilian councillors.
Remove politics from country wide decisions.

Australia over-governed. We don't need 3 levels of govt. #Constitution allows States to divide into smaller States. We can have 50 states & no local govts & also reduce #Senate to original figure of 5 per state as this will allow for more MP's as population grows. Hopefully we will get quality.
