In October, ICE grabbed Maher Tarabishi.
He was a 24/7 caregiver for his disabled son Wael.
At the time of Maher’s detention, disability advocates warned that taking away Wael’s caregiver put his life at risk.
Wael died 3 months later.
ICE caused his death.

people work so hard but they’ll never be able to do more than entry level/min wage. No where near enough to live on esp if they need help. We need UBI *at least* for disabled people and still allow them to work as much as they’re able and want to.

My boss was helping fill out papers for the government for one of our disabled employees and we got to talking about how fricking stupid it is that if a disabled person works more than 16 hours a week they are ineligible for disability. Like. What. Not all disabilities are solely physical. These

I get a pack of 5 Henri Winterman's Half Corona for my birthday and another at Christmas. I might've vaped for 12 years but still enjoy the occasional cigar.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. All I do is have a few puffs on the vape before bed and I wake as a vaper not a smoker. Absolute best of both worlds.
