The truth of it is that the 25th Amendment needs an amendment that says that if a panel of doctors agree that the President is mentally impaired, they should prepare a report to Congress recommending removal.

My clearest takeaway from Jack Smith's testimony:

This is the guy I want the next Democrat President to nominate for Attorney General.

No nonsense, intelligent with more integrity than the entire Republican Party combined.

Let him loose with a mandate to go after corruption at all levels.

Is the end coming?

What pisses me off the most about the last ten years is that our Constitution was specifically designed to prevent anyone like Trump from ever coming to power.

The cowardice of the Republican Party has completely undermined the entire purpose of our Constitution.

Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.

DOGE cut 7000 jobs at the Social Security Admin and closed 50 field offices. Now they’re struggling to respond to up to 6 million pending cases in its processing centers and 12 million transactions in its field offices.

Next, they’ll say it’s broken and must be privatized.

Customer service deteriorated by key measures as the agency enacted sweeping cuts in Trump’s second term, internal data and interviews show.

Priceless Newsom ridicule...
Gavin Newsom just posted this in response to Trump vetoing a clean water project in Lauren Boebert’s district, reportedly because Trump is furious over her vote to release the Epstein files and Colorado’s refusal to release a MAGA convict imprisoned for attempting to overturn the 2020 election.

The files are multiplying like cockroaches...
Suddenly 5 million more docs!

The same DOJ that keeps “discovering” files also spent days scrubbing them. Totally credible.

To put this in perspective, the FBI has only released about 130K pages of the Epstein files. They’ve been looking at the files since March.
