Here is my conclusion after sitting through Maxwell's deposition with her refusing to answer a single question about the men who raped underage girls, saying she would only do so for clemency.

She must immediately be sent back to the maximum security prison where she belongs.

Maria Antonia Guerra Montoya was used as bait by ICE, just like they did to Liam Ramos.

The Dilley camp has held the 9 year old for 113 days. She wrote a letter pleading to go home to Columbia.

Make noise for all of them.

Public pressure got Liam released.

Now close the camps.

The billionaires running these enterprises have bought protection from federal lawmakers. So only action from "we the people" will rein them in.
A trial that began today in Los Angeles has the potential to change social media—maybe even the internet—as we know it, Kaitlyn Tiffany reports.

Less than 14% of the 400,000 immigrants arrested by the Trump regime in the last year had charges or convictions for violent crimes.

It was never about going after the “worst of the worst.” It was always about terrorizing communities.

Democrats must refuse to fund this cruelty.

So proud of our students here in Hawaii, & those across the US that are standing up for their friends & neighbors and against the brutal ICE actions.

The GOO is working overtime to restrict voting access.

"A 2024 study...found that 21 million voting-age U.S. citizens lack a valid driver’s license, the most common form of photo ID in the U.S."

And student voters would be the most impacted as the administration continues to target universities.
New version of GOP suppression bill would impose nationwide proof of citizenship, photo ID requirements
The bill would undermine the right to vote in the U.S. ahead of the 2026 midterms.

It's staggering how this political eunuch has not just done nothing at all as Speaker of the House, but has actually worked to prevent his colleagues from doing anything at all as well.

For all the right's fetishization of "originalism," this is a development that would've made the founders weep
Speaker Mike Johnson said Monday he is moving forward with a plan to revive a prohibition on House votes to overturn President Donald Trump’s global tariffs.

We're in court this week challenging a New Hampshire law that forces people to provide documents like a birth certificate or passport in order to register to vote.

This unnecessary restriction makes it harder for thousands of citizens to exercise our right to vote.

So blatant

Trump later pardoned Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao.

Why isn't this being investigated by the Senate Ethics Committee?

At least talk about it to the media.

They are so unworried about any accountability that the corruption has become incredibly blatant.

This would be funny if it wasn't so scary. GOP claims allowing mail ballots to be counted after Election Day (if mailed prior) is a "recent" "dangerous" action - though it's been done for decades & there's no evidence of any problem.

House "Squeaker" Johnson admits he has no evidence of abuse.
Republicans ask Supreme Court to block states from counting legally cast mail ballots
If the Court sides with the RNC, millions of voters who depend on mail-in voting could be disenfranchised.

What Trump posted was a unique new video that contained a (racist) clip from a "meme video" that was posted in October. Meaning, they didn't just download the meme and not see this and post that. The White House edited the racist clip into a new video that they made.

That's not an oopsie.

Another classic post-Homan day where around school dismissal time we get a flurry of ICE vehicles all across our neighborhoods. Today one vehicle led an observer to their own home and pointed at it. This is a sick game to them, but we won’t be intimidated and we won’t stop until DHS is abolished.
